Returns Policy
Thank you for choosing Geo101 Design. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns policy below.
Returns Eligibility and Timeframe
Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it should be in its original shipping packaging.
Return Shipping Labels
For customers whose map was shipped to an address within the lower 48 states of the USA, we offer complimentary return shipping labels. Unfortunately, customers in Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and international locations will need to arrange their own return shipping.
Refund Process
In order for a refund to be processed, the map must arrive at our facility undamaged. We emphasize the importance of careful packaging to ensure the safe return of the artwork. If the map sustains damage during the return shipping, it will not be eligible for a refund.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming its receipt. You will also be informed of the status of your refund approval. If your return is approved, a credit will be issued to your original method of payment or credit card within a certain number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please first double-check your bank account. It might take some time before the refund appears on your statement. If there is still no sign of the refund, we recommend reaching out to your credit card company. Processing times can vary, and there might be a delay on their end. If further assistance is needed, please contact your bank.

Sale Items
Refunds are applicable only to regular priced items. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

Shipping Information
If you are located within the lower 48 states of the USA, a shipping label will be provided for you to print and attach to your package. You can conveniently drop off your package at a designated shipping location or schedule a pickup with the shipping provider.
Please keep in mind that the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location. We appreciate your understanding.
